Yoga Foundations ~ Suitable for all levels of experience! In this class, we focus on the essential fundamental yoga postures as well as the importance of breath & relaxation in this beginners yoga series. This is excellent for those new to the practice as well as for those looking to reconnect with the fundamentals of their current practice.
Power Vinyasa ~ A flowing class that links breath with movement. A true ‘meditation in motion’ experience that aims to provide you with a workout for your body while still reaping the benefits of breath work and the sense of connection with ones self and the greater world beyond our mats. Leave class savouring the delicious ‘blissed out’ post-yoga haze.
Gentle Hatha ~ Suitable for all levels of experience, this class offers something different every time. With less emphasis on flowing sequences, we take more time to settle into the postures and find a deeper stretch into the fascia of the muscle. By slowing down, we focus our energies and quiet our minds, bringing awareness and listening to what lies beneath. Time will be spent on some breath work and mediation most times as well. A great compliment to those that are physcially demanding on their bodies with running, biking, and the like as well as for those with a busy lifestyle. We all need to take time to stretch, settle into and listen to our bodies.
